All the books say Perennials Sowthistle has yellow glandular hairs, not dark like these, and also the latter has glandular hairs on the bracts which this specimen does not. Marsh Sowthistle has dark glandular hairs, but this can't be that as a) in the wrong habitat and b) totally different leaves.
